The Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance, through resolution No. SCVS-INPAI-2020-00003532, ordered the extension of the suspension of the deadlines and terms of all administrative, coercive, tax and statute of limitations processes for collection actions, from June 19 to July 1, 2020.

This document extends the provisions of article one of resolution No. SCVS-INPAI-2020-00003186 of May 15, 2020.

With the well-being of users in mind, the Institution has issued this document in order to safeguard the constitutional guarantees of due process and the right to defense.
